China only to promote efficient coal capacity

China will only promote coal capacities with efficiency and advancement in technology in the country’s domestic supply in 2018 and beyond, Liu Hong from Energy Research Institute of National Development and Reform Commission reiterated at an industrial event in Shanghai on August 22.
