Baosteel has secured the supply of high quality high-carbon ferrochrome, a main raw material of stainless steel, by concluding, through its subsidiary Baosteel Resources, a deal to purchase ferrochrome from India’s FACOR Group, the largest ferroalloy producer in India that runs four chrome mines with a high-carbon ferrochrome capacity of 140,000 tons per year. |
