Recently, China's Ministry of Finance released the Notice of Tariff Implementation Scheme for 2013 (hereinafter referred to as "Notice"), declaring to make certain adjustment to import & export tariffs on the New Year's day to promote steady growth and balanced development of foreign trade. As per the taxable item adjustment table attached to the Notice, some steel product forms are involved.
