Baosteel holds Nov ex-w prices stable, but gives subsidies implicitly to buyers
China's steelmaking bellwether Baosteel unveiled its ex-w prices for Nov deliveries, apparently keeping all unchanged from a month ago while implicitly giving subsidies ranging from 100 yuan/tonne to 200 yuan/tonne to buyers, which mirrored mills' gloomy outlook for the future market.
