CISA: China's Q1 profits for steel sector seen to be worst in 15 years
China's steel industry is expected to be staging the worst quarterly profits since the new century, and now the chilly winter for the sector is just beginning, said Liu Zhenjiang, party secretary and vice chairman of the China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), an industry lobby group.
