HBIS starts China's biggest steel project overseas
Hebei Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd (HBIS), China's largest steel producer by capacity, is going to start a 5 mln tpy steel project in South Africa, China's biggest steel project overseas so far. The project has been inked Sept 10.
